CIPC 2008 Author's Kit General Instructions

IMPORTANT DATES:
21 January 2008:	Call for Papers Closed
4 February 2008:	Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation and as alternate presenters acknowledged by E-mail.
25 March 2008:	Full text of accepted paper or extended abstract due.
21 April 2008:	Authors presenting and alternate presenters must pre-register for Conference
9 June 2008:	Authors must forward presentations to publications@petsoc.org

Read the Paper Preparation Instructions first, regarding the format of your paper. You should use the CIPC 2008 Paper Template to prepare your manuscript.
Complete the Cover Sheet (Paper or Extended Abstract Submission Information Form) for your paper; the Cover Sheet must be submitted with the paper. Failure to submit the Cover Sheet will mean that your paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
Complete the Copyright Release and Scan and E-Mail or Fax this form to the CIPC 2008 Publications Coordinator. Failure to complete and submit the Copyright Release will mean that your paper will be excluded from the Conference Proceedings and your paper will not be reviewed by the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Canadian Petroleum Technology.
If your manuscript was not submitted in time to be included in the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM, please provide an electronic copy (by email, CD or USB memory device) to the Publications Co-ordinator at publications@petsoc.org and the Technical Program Chairman and place fifty (50) copies at the back of the room in which you are presenting.
Should you make changes to your manuscript after the Conference, please ensure that all persons that received an original manuscript have been provided with a copy of the revised manuscript.
