The Canadian International Petroleum Conference (CIPC) attracts over 600 engineers and technical staff each year from Calgary, Canada, the United States, and other countries who are actively involved in all upstream aspects of the petroleum industry. The conference offers unique opportunities for people at all career levels to meet industry experts, network with peers, and access new technologies to help meet ongoing challenges.

What is the cost to Exhibit?
Each Exhibitor is provided a minimum 10 ft x 10 ft display for their use. Our basic Exhibition Booth provides you with a space that you can simply walk into, add your display material, and be ready to greet visitors. Our fee includes the following:

  • 10' by 10' basic booth size
  • Perimeter curtains and booth carpet
  • Electrical power to your booth (max of 12 amps)
  • One table plus two chairs
The fee is $1,500 per 10'x10' booth.
